Founded in 2012 the company has grown from a single state operation into a multi state organization with 56 locations across 11 states, including Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia
Under the leadership of Amanpreet Singh, sole shareholder and CEO, Cellular City USA has experienced significant momentum in recent years. Aman is a hands on owner who stays closely involved in every aspect of the business. His leadership is driven by a commitment to the companys long term growth, the development of its employees, and delivering outstanding service to every customer.

Amanpreet Singh – CEO
Amanpreet Singh founded the business with a single Verizon store over 20 years ago and has grown it into a network of 56 locations across 11 states. He is a hands-on leader who believes in understanding every aspect of operations to support his team effectively. With a background in Computer Science and an MBA in Corporate Finance, he is passionate about entrepreneurship and developing future leaders.
Paul Duyvejonck – Chief Operating Officer
Paul brings 24 years of wireless industry experience and 15 years in franchise leadership. He has built strong relationships with Verizon leaders and franchise partners while developing high-performing teams. A Midwest native with a Business Administration degree from Western Illinois University, Paul is passionate about leadership development and team success.
Padam Thind – Chief Financial Officer
Padam oversees financial planning, reporting, payroll, tax compliance, and overall financial operations. He ensures strong financial discipline through accurate reporting and regulatory compliance. His financial insights support leadership in strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.
Bruce Rothenberg – Corporate Counsel
Bruce oversees legal matters while supporting financial and compliance functions. With degrees in CPA Accounting, an MBA in Corporate Finance, and a Juris Doctor, he brings strong legal and financial expertise. He has practiced law since 1989 across corporate law, real estate, estates, and bankruptcy.
Anandpal (Andy) Singh – VP Sales
Andy has over 20 years of wireless industry experience and leads operations across 56 locations. He focuses on developing strong leaders and driving high performance across teams. His leadership emphasizes accountability, motivation, and teamwork to achieve consistent results.
Rahul Mehta – Director of Operations
Rahul has been in the telecommunications industry since 2011, progressing from Sales Representative to Director. He oversees company-wide sales performance and operational execution. His frontline experience helps him build strong teams and drive operational excellence.
Vishnu Joshi – Executive Inventory Manager
Vishnu brings over 10 years of wireless industry experience with deep expertise in inventory logistics and operations. His attention to detail ensures efficient inventory management and smooth business operations. He plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency across the organization.
Jackie Dupuis – Director of Human Resources and Compliance
Jackie leads HR and compliance functions with strong organizational and leadership skills. She ensures teams operate with structure, accountability, and adherence to company policies. Her experience helps maintain a strong compliance culture within the organization.
Kenneth McIntyre – Loss Prevention and Trade-in Compliance Manager
Kenny brings extensive industry experience in loss prevention and compliance. He focuses on maintaining operational discipline and ensuring processes are followed. His efforts help protect the business and minimize operational losses.
